Course Description:
733 Geometry 1 year grade: 10-12 1.0 credits
Geometry is a course designed for all high school students. In this course emphasis is on units involving reasoning, points-lines-planes, angles, triangles, quadrilaterals, polygons, circles, area & perimeter/circumference, and three dimensional shapes. Reasoning skills are developed through formal and informal proofs. (This course is recognized by colleges and universities.) A Scientific Calculator with a fraction key is required. Prerequisite: Credit in 723 Algebra 1 or 723E Algebra 1 Extended |
