148 Lifetime Activity 1 sem. 11-12 0.5This is an elective course that can be taken as a junior or senior in order to meet the 0.5 credit requirement. The course provides a wide variety of activities, including: Adventure Education, (Low/High Ropes), Belay Certification, Roller Blading, Orienteering, Fishing, Fly Fishing, Self-Defense, Archery, Biking, Outdoor Education, Cross Country Skiing, Snow Shoeing, Ice Fishing, Cultural Games and Dance Methods. This course allows students to get involved in and see a variety of activities that students can participate in the rest of their life. This class focuses on getting students to work more on their cognitive ability, social interaction and physical fitness areas.
